If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we'll make it right. Just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. No return shipping required.
We keep things simple because we think that's how it should be.
To request a refund, email us at hello@holycap.shop with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Received a damaged or incorrect order? Contact us straight away and we'll sort it out immediately.
Have unopened product you'd like to pass on? We'd love for it to go to good use. Consider sharing it with a friend, a neighbor, or your local animal shelter.
